Our work

Recent work in the UAE

We have no Al Ain project to show yet. Our most recent UAE event is below, with regional work after it.

Branch inauguration · Muwaileh, Sharjah · 2025

Lulu Exchange branch inauguration

Our most recent UAE event: the 2025 opening of a Lulu Exchange branch in Muwaileh, Sharjah. The ceremony needed a clear sequence and tight timing, from the ribbon-cutting to the first transaction and the cake-cutting. Graduations and award ceremonies in Al Ain need the same control, with each moment cued and rehearsed.

  • Clear sequence of ceremony moments
  • Cueing and timing on the day
  • Photography at each key moment

Planning guide

Planning an event in Al Ain: what to know

6 practical points we cover with every client before a date or venue is fixed.

Plan around the academic calendar

Graduation season brings many ceremonies at once. Fix your date early and confirm hall, stage and seating plans with the campus team.

Check permits early

Al Ain is in the Abu Dhabi emirate, so many events need a permit from the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, plus venue and safety approvals.

Take care near heritage sites

Al Ain's oases and historic sites are part of a UNESCO World Heritage listing. Events near them need extra care with access, set-up and approvals.

Allow for travel time

Al Ain is around 90 minutes by road from both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We plan transfers and arrival windows for guests and crew.

Plan family seating for ceremonies

Graduation guests often include whole families. We plan entrances, seating zones and photo points to keep the ceremony calm.

Use the winter months outdoors

Outdoor events at Jebel Hafeet or in parks work best from November to March.

Budget

What affects the cost of an event in Al Ain?

For Al Ain events, the format and audience size shape the budget. The main cost lines:

  • Number of graduates, delegates or guests
  • University hall, hotel or outdoor venue
  • Stage, screens, sound and lighting
  • Photography, video and printed programmes
  • Catering and refreshments
  • Transfers for guests and crew from Dubai or Abu Dhabi

For typical ranges, read our Saudi event cost guide.
