Our latest event in the northern emirates: a Lulu Exchange branch opening in Muwaileh, Sharjah, in 2025. It was a short, carefully timed ceremony with a ribbon-cutting, a first customer transaction and a cake-cutting. The same attention to timing carries over to retreat programmes, where every session, meal and transfer has to run on schedule.

Resorts on Al Marjan Island, in Al Hamra and at Mina Al Arab suit conferences, retreats and gala dinners. Jebel Jais, the highest peak in the UAE, is cooler and works well for outdoor team days.

Plan transfers carefully

Most guests fly into Dubai, about an hour away by road. We arrange coaches or cars and stagger arrivals to match check-in times.
