5. “Walk me through your itemised quote.” Good answer: line items for venue, F&B, production, decor, entertainment, permits, staffing, and a visible management fee.
6. “What happens when I change something two weeks out?” Good answer: a written change-order process with rates — not “we’ll manage.”
7. “What is your backup plan for the three most likely failures?” Speaker cancels, equipment fails, weather turns. Good answer: specific contingencies with named spares, not reassurance.
