This policy explains how Eventia Middle East (“Eventia”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit eventiaevents.com or contact us about an event. We operate in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What we collect

• Details you send us: your name, email, phone number, company, event type, dates, guest numbers and any message you write in our enquiry forms, by email or on WhatsApp.
• Event details: if you hire us, the information needed to plan your event, such as guest lists, seating, dietary needs or travel details you choose to share.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you move around the site, collected by our analytics tools.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a proposal.
• To plan and deliver the event you book with us.
• To improve our website and understand which pages are useful.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal data. We only send marketing messages if you have asked us to or have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only where needed: with venues and suppliers working on your event, with service providers that host our website, email and analytics, and with authorities when the law requires it (for example, event permits). These parties may only use the data for the purpose we give them.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to measure visits and improve the site, including Burst Statistics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and event and invoice records for as long as UAE or Saudi law requires. We then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for marketing. Email hello@eventiaevents.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure hosting and limited staff access.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
